Clients may select up to 3 keepsake items per project, including photos, graphics, captions, and layouts. Each item is crafted with elegant, archival-inspired design and formatted for print-on-demand production.

For convenience, we can also place the print-on-demand order on your behalf through our trusted providers. This gives you a turnkey experience — you receive beautiful keepsakes without navigating the technical aspects of POD services.

Pricing:

To make the process predictable:

1. Design Fee – $250

   • Covers the professional creation of your custom keepsakes.

   • Includes layout, typography, image placement, and one round of minor revisions.

   • Paid upfront to secure your project and compensate the design work before printing begins.

2. Printing & Shipping – Billed Separately  

   • After the design is complete and approved, printing and shipping costs are calculated based on the specific items, paper types, quantities, and delivery preferences.

   • These costs are paid directly to the print-on-demand printer after the order is placed.

This structure ensures there are no surprises, while keeping the design service clearly separate from production costs — which vary widely based on item type, size, paper, finishes, and shipping.

Print & Production Information

All printing and shipping is handled through third-party POD providers. Pricing, material selection, production timelines, and shipping are outside our control.

Factors that affect printing costs include:

• Item type and size (mini photo books, journals, calendars, postcards, etc.)

• Page count or image count

• Paper type and weight

• Color or black-and-white printing

• Cover style or finish

• Quantity ordered

• Shipping method and destination

• Applicable taxes or duties

• etc.

Clients have the option to either place their own POD order directly or have us place the order on their behalf. If we place the order, printing and shipping costs are invoiced separately and paid directly to us after the order is submitted. This ensures you can choose the method most convenient for you, while keeping the design fee separate from production costs.

Important Notes

• Clients must provide high-resolution images and text/captions for all keepsakes.

• This service does not include printing, advanced photo editing/restoration, or archival research. This service is design only.

• Delivery includes digital, print-ready files; we place POD orders only if requested.

• Because product availability, customization, and shipping times may vary, please allow 8 weeks from design approval to receive your completed keepsakes. If your items are needed by a specific date, we recommend scheduling your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
